Shipping policy

Once your package has been shipped, it is completely out of LeiLuxes control as to what happened to the package during transit. If your package was delivered to the wrong house, damaged during transit, etc you may file a claim through usps. If any of the following happens we are truly sorry, but there is nothing we can do about it.
